This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Unbored for the use of the Unbored mobile application ("App").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
The App offers in-app purchases of virtual tokens. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Virtual tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value except through the creator cashout program as described in our Terms of Service.
The App allows users to broadcast live video, send messages, and share profile information. You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may also terminate this agreement by deleting the App and your account.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNBORED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
This EULA is between you and Unbored, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
