Unbored ("we", "our", "us") operates the Unbored mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier. You provide your display name, username, profile photo, and bio.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including streams you watch, gifts you send, and messages you exchange.
- Device Information: We may collect device tokens for push notifications.
- Camera & Microphone: Used only for live streaming when you choose to broadcast. We do not record or store your video.
- Photo Library: Accessed only when you choose to upload a profile picture.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app's features (streaming, messaging, gifts, profiles)
- To process in-app purchases and creator cashouts
- To enforce our community guidelines and safety policies
- To send push notifications (with your permission)
- To improve the app experience
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Profile photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For processing creator cashout payments (only if you opt in to creator payouts)
- Apple: For in-app purchase verification
- Cloudflare: As our infrastructure provider for hosting, streaming, and data storage
Your Rights
- You can edit or delete your profile information at any time
- You can delete your entire account from Profile > Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data
- You can block and report other users
Children's Privacy
Unbored is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. Age verification is required during onboarding.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
